• works on repair and modernization of armament and military , to the guarantee and author supervision after their state, and also on utilization and elimination destroyed from a armament and military technique;

• works in area of military-technical collaboration of Rossiy¬skoy of Federation with the foreign states in accordance with international agreements;

• work on mobilizational preparation of economy of Russian FEDERATION;

• supplying to the products, works, services for the needs of civil defensive;

• production of thing and military property, and unfood commodities;

• building, reconstruction and technical rearmament of objects, intended for the needs of defensive and safety of Russian FEDERATION, including for utilization and elimination destroyed from exploitation of armament and military technique;

• other works on providing of and Russian FEDERATION.

A defensive order contains: 1) list and amount subject supplying to the products, works, services and terms of it ; 2) forecast cost of defensive order on the whole, and also on his sections and separate implementation phases; 3) of state customers; 4) list of the supposed head performers.

Financing of defensive order is carried out due to a federal budget by the selection of assignations a customer. The items of budget, on which defensive order, fall into the category of the protected charges of federal budget. Paying of deliveries for a order is produced in accordance with the terms of contract. Payment of deliveries, carried out by contract with a head performer, a state customer produces directly, if it by the proper state contract.

Financial means, paid state to the head performer, are sent only on of defensive order and advancing of the proper works. A head performer carries responsibility for the use of facilities.
