System picture of «situation» as aggregate of descriptions of social event, affecting individual allows to examine joint activity of participants of group (I.e. their as a major factor, determining appearance of concrete organization in presentations of its participants and answering the criterion of convention objectivity. It is important to mark as it applies to the theme of our consideration, that forming of this appearance and his fixing in acts take place parallell in a few directions. Foremost, it touches the aims of organization, governed set of executable roles or models of co-operation.
Taking into account said by us the attempt of exposure of empiric model of internal structure of organization was undertaken. We came from supposition, that it is possible by analogy with the implicit theories of personality, based on the pictures of workers of the organizations known them, to expose the implicit theory of organization. During the numerous questioning and group discussions with workers, having a different experience of administrative activity in different organizations (in all by research more than 1000 persons were overcame), as central a question came into question about what not a single organized community of people can be «without».
