Government businesses on a purchase and supplying to the products for the state needs of area are carried out on the followings directions:

• on forming of regional fund of products;

• on providing of the stable functioning of enterprises and establishments of social sphere;

• on forming and maintenance of federal and regional financial backlogs of products;

• on placing of investment resources with the purpose of development of high-efficiency productions;

• on implementation of the federal, and regional programs of development of industrial and agroindustrial production, other economic and social programs, directed on the decision of socio-economic tasks, having a regional value.
