A basic problem of organizational structures of this type is narrow-mindedness of amount of inferiors which can be «locked» on one leader, I.e. narrow-mindedness of control range (spheres).

Efficiency of administrative activity depends on a type and amount of connections the number of which unchanging grows with the increase of amount of employees, that complicates activity of leader substantially.

What anymore amount of connections and what they more , the narrower there must be a control range for the maintainance of effective management above a structure. Therefore during realization of difficult types of activity, requiring from the employees of large number of concordance, clarifications, consultations from the side of leader, the narrow range of control and high (multilevel) organizational structure is needed.
